Effective September 7, 2026.
This policy covers the website at bdr-ok.com, operated by BDR, LLC, and the BDR Farm Manager desktop program and mobile app, published by CloudDelta, LLC. Both are family businesses in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma.
Farm Manager keeps your farm records on your own computer. The mobile app talks only to that computer, over your own local network. We do not run a cloud service for your farm data, we have no database of customer records, and there is no account to create. We could not hand your herd records to anyone if we wanted to — we do not have them.
The website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and includes no third-party trackers. The only personal information we ever receive is what you type into the contact form.
The only way bdr-ok.com collects personal information is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive the name, email address, topic, and message you entered.
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard server request logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability. That is ordinary infrastructure logging, not something we use to profile visitors.
To have a past enquiry deleted, email [email protected] and we will remove it.
The desktop program stores your farm records — animals, health events, crops, equipment, finances, receipts and notes — in a database file on your own PC. It is your file, on your machine, under your control.
One exception worth naming: when you dictate a voice note on the desktop program, the audio is transcribed using the speech recognition built into Microsoft Edge, which ships with Windows. Edge sends that audio to Microsoft to convert it to text, under Microsoft's privacy policy. The resulting text is stored in your local database as normal. If you would rather no audio leave your PC, type the note instead of dictating it.
The Farm Manager mobile app is a companion to the desktop program. It pairs with your farm PC and syncs directly to it across your own local network. The app contacts no server of ours, because we do not operate one.
Photos you capture are sent to your own PC and stored there. They are not uploaded to us.
Voice notes on mobile are currently an Android-only feature, and they are handed to the speech recognizer built into your phone (normally the Google app). That recognizer does the listening and returns text; Farm Manager receives only the finished text, never the audio. Google processes the audio under its own privacy policy. If you would rather that not happen, type the note instead of dictating it.
If you install the app from the App Store or Google Play, those companies collect their own information about the download and about crashes, under their policies, not ours.
Farm Manager includes optional features that use an outside AI service: asking questions about your own farm data in plain English, and reading receipts automatically instead of typing them in.
These features are off until you turn them on. They work only if you supply your own API key from one of the supported providers — Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), or xAI (Grok). We do not supply a key, we are not a party to your account with that provider, and we do not see or receive what you send.
When you use these features, here is what leaves your PC and goes directly to the provider you chose:
Your whole database is never sent. Nothing is sent at all unless you use one of these features.
Your API key is stored on your own PC, encrypted at rest, and is used only to authenticate to the provider you selected. Once your data reaches that provider, their privacy policy and their data retention terms govern it — please read them, particularly on whether they use submitted content for model training.
Farm Manager is a business tool for farms and ranches. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over personal information we hold. Since the only thing we hold is a contact form enquiry, requests are straightforward — write to us and we will take care of it.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above and, where the change affects the mobile app, note it in the app's store listing. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
