Sheep manure is gentle enough to use immediately and won't burn delicate roots — but we age ours a full three months anyway, so stray grass seed never becomes your problem.

Alongside our registered St. Croix, we're breeding our own St. Croix rams over Shepherd's Cross ewes — a landrace line developed in Claremore over three decades and selected hard for Oklahoma's weather extremes. It puts St. Croix parasite resistance on top of genetics already proven in this climate. Breeding stock and direct lamb sales within a few years.
We're just starting to raise Sweetgrass turkeys — a heritage variety, raised the slow way rather than the commercial way. They'll be available as the flock builds out.
Starts grown in our greenhouse, chosen specifically for varieties that thrive in Oklahoma's climate and stand up better to the pests we actually deal with here.
